Benny DiCarta’s is hiring for a GM! We are looking for an energetic & reliable leader who is ready to do what it takes to get the job done right.
The GM is responsible for staffing, inventory management, maintaining food prep/cooking standards, scheduling, store cleanliness, and working alongside the team to see the job through.

Requirements:
- Preference for those with previous AGM/GM experience
- Must be highly dependable
- Flexible and open schedule required
- Nights & Weekend (We are open late)
- Reliable Transportation
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification (We reimburse the cost of the course/exam)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Average 40 hours/week
- This is a HANDS ON position. GM works side-by side with the crew
